TRICK OR TREAT will celebrate its World Premiere at the Marbella Film Festival ahead of it's UK release by Evolutionary Films later on 2019.
Crime thriller, TRICK OR TREAT, which stars Blackpool-born actors Craig Kelly and Dean Lennox Kelly (real life brothers who appear together in a film for the first time) alongside a cast of well-known British actors including Kris Marshall (LOVE ACTUALLY), Jason Flemyng (LOCK, STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS) and Frances Barber (GOAL!), will have its World Premiere on the red carpet at the Marbella International Film Festival on Saturday 5th October 2019.
The film has also been nominated for a number of awards at the event, including Best Feature Film, and the filmmakers are hoping for success at the star-studded, black-tie dinner and awards ceremony the night after the premiere, where the main cast of TRICK OR TREAT will be in attendance.
Outline: Taking place over the course of a single psychedelic Halloween night in a ghostly Blackpool, TRICK OR TREAT sees depressed Greg Kielty’s life get turned upside down when his estranged brother Dan turns up, claiming to have drunkenly run someone over. But has Dan just murdered a gangster's son? Or maybe there's an even more sinister explanation.
The film also stars Shaun Parkes (HUMAN TRAFFIC), Hugo Speer (THE FULL MONTY), Jamie Sives (GAME OF THRONES) and Maimie McCoy (THE LIBERTINE)

TRICK OR TREAT is the first feature written and produced by Geraint Anderson AKA ‘Cityboy’, a former-stockbroker-turned-author, and was partly inspired by the struggles of middle-age and its impact on mental health.
“Headlining the prestigious Marbella Film Festival is a huge privilege and I can think of no better venue for our global premiere. Most of the film’s stars will be in attendance and I’ve no doubt it’s going to be a great night!’ – Geraint Anderson (writer and producer of TRICK OR TREAT).
The film will be released in the UK later in 2019 by Evolutionary Films who also represent the title for international sales and will be selling TRICK OR TREAT to distributors in other territories at the forthcoming American Film Market in Los Angeles.
