The Stow Film Lounge presents THE TRICYCLE THIEF, a new, original children’s adventure shot on the streets of Walthamstow over the summer of 2018. With a cast of 50 mainly young actors THE TRICYCLE THIEF was shot very much in the style of the Children's Film Foundation productions of the 40’s – 80’s, when kids went to Saturday Morning Pictures to watch movies.
