Anchor Bay Entertainment has released the official trailer for upcoming indie comedy 'SOUR PARTY', an irreverent road-trip film that blends the chaotic energy of SUPERBAD with the rebellious spirit of THELMA & LOUISE.
Set in Los Angeles, 'SOUR PARTY' follows Gwen and James, two broke 30-somethings struggling to make ends meet. When Gwen's sister announces her baby shower, the pair set off on a desperate mission to scrape together enough cash for a proper gift. Their journey plunges them into a series of awkward, eccentric encounters with failed artists, exes, and hipster hangouts.
Directed by Amanda Drexton and Michael A. Drexton, the film stars Christopher Marquette, Corey Feldman, and Reggie Watts, and offers a sharp, comedic take on the burnout generation and LA’s alt-scene.
