The independent film 'THREE QUICK BREATHS' has commenced principal photography in Ireland, with first look still images now available. Starring Danny Dyer as Jimmy Banks—an old school football agent determined to secure one final big payday—the film delves into the high-pressure world of football deals.
Directed by Brendan Muldowney from an original script by Peter Howlett, the production is a collaboration between Village Films (produced by Paul Kennedy), Hail Mary Pictures (produced by Richard Bolger), and Wildcard (produced by Patrick O’Neill). The film is supported by Screen Ireland and Northern Ireland Screen, with post-production scheduled to take place in Northern Ireland.
UK and Ireland distribution rights have been acquired by Vertigo Releasing, while Sunrise Films handles worldwide sales. Both Danny Dyer and director Brendan Muldowney have expressed enthusiasm about the project, noting the film’s unique focus on a single character and location.
Danny Dyer says:
"Shooting 'THREE QUICK BREATHS' in Ireland has been an incredible experience so far – even if most of my time is spent locked in Jimmy Banks' office! Jimmy's a character who’s juggling chaos, but there’s so much depth to him – this is a very rare opportunity as an actor to be the only performer in a film. In a way I feel like it’s my Hamlet. It’s a brilliant, clever piece and I’m very proud to be part of it.
