Horror Short ‘TRIPTYCH’ Explores the Dark Side of Art and Ambition
BritFlicks is thrilled to present the trailer for ‘TRIPTYCH,’ a new horror short directed by Sophia Ray, starring Emmanuel Imani (Amazon Prime’s Wheel of Time, Netflix's Geek Girl), Angela Nedyalkov (T2: Trainspotting) and Emma Suki (Feed). Just in time for Halloween, ‘TRIPTYCH’ explores the chilling depths of ambition, art, and dark secrets.
The story follows art dealer Margaux Kasser, who plans to destroy a Bosch masterpiece as part of a bold performance art piece. Yet, as she prepares for this act, a horrific past resurfaces, revealing the dangerous cost of ambition. Ray’s inspiration draws on the eerie imagery of Hieronymus Bosch, weaving a psychological thriller that explores how ambition can lead to terrifying consequences.
Produced by BAFTA-nominated Byron McNally (Script Compass) and BAFTA-winner Medb Riordan (Academy Films), ‘TRIPTYCH’ will screen at the Oscar-qualifying Hollyshorts and BAFTA-qualifying Bolton Film Festival, showcasing a compelling blend of horror and mystery.
