Jack Christian and D.J. McPherson Team Up to Create International Feature Films
Filmology Finance, led by CEO Jack Christian, in collaboration with writer and producer D.J. McPherson, has announced the establishment of a new production company, 'Filmology Features'. This new entity, supported by its parent company Filmology Finance, is set to develop and produce feature films aimed at a global audience.
The first project from 'Filmology Features' is the dark comedy 'DEAD GUY', featuring an ensemble cast including Michael Shannon, Eva Longoria, Luis Guzman, Judy Greer, and Rory Culkin. The plot of 'DEAD GUY' centers on a humorously morose situation where an abrasive elderly man's death causes his body to be clandestinely passed among his neighbors, each trying to avoid being linked to his death.
D.J. McPherson, co-founder of 'Filmology Features', shared her enthusiasm about the new venture, stating, “We’re incredibly excited about the upcoming slate we’ve been crafting at 'Filmology Features'. The depth and diversity of the projects we're developing are truly inspiring. 'DEAD GUY' is currently in post-production, and 'Filmology Features' plans to announce additional titles in the coming months.
