'LAROY, TEXAS': A Glimpse into Despair and Redemption
Vertigo Releasing announces the UK digital release of 'LAROY, TEXAS', a feature film debut by writer-director Shane Atkinson, this April. The film stars John Magaro ('Past Lives'), Steve Zahn ('The White Lotus'), Dylan Baker ('Dream Scenario'), Megan Stevenson ('Get Shorty'), Matthew Del Negro ('Scandal'), and Brad Leland ('Deepwater Horizon').
The plot centers around Ray Jepsen (Magaro), a small-town hardware store co-owner whose life spirals when he learns of his wife Stacy-Lynn's affair. Contemplating suicide, Ray's fate takes a dramatic turn as he's mistakenly believed to be a hitman. With an envelope full of cash and a new purpose, Ray embarks on a dark journey, questioning if this path is his only chance at redemption.
'LAROY, TEXAS' is set to arrive on major UK digital platforms starting 12th April
