Jamin Winans, the visionary behind the indie sci-fi sensation Ink and its successor The Frame, has returned to the director's chair with his new venture, "MYTH OF MAN." This sci-fi fantasy feature, crafted over a decade, is poised for a fall 2024 debut, marking Winans' boldest project to date. Produced across the scenic landscapes of Budapest, Hungary, and the serene rural areas of Kentucky, the film is now nearing the completion of its post-production phase.

Echoing the success of Winans' popular short, Spin—also recognized by the moniker "God is a DJ"—"MYTH OF MAN" unfolds without any spoken dialogue, instead embracing a narrative deeply rooted in music to craft its fantastical journey. Winans refrains from labeling the project as a traditional musical, preferring to describe it as "musically driven." This approach saw him simultaneously developing the screenplay and composing the score over a span of three years, a creative process supported by his wife and seasoned collaborator, Kiowa Winans.
