Ahead of its showcase at the Berlin International Film Festival, Vertical Entertainment, celebrated for its Independent Spirit Award-winning title "Emily the Criminal," has successfully acquired the rights for the United States, Canada, and the UK/Ireland for the eagerly awaited thriller, 'FIRECRACKER'. The film marks a collaboration between Empire Studios and Keychain Productions, alongside Lighthouse Pictures, directed, co-written by, and featuring NY Film Award Winner Andrew Lee Potts, known for his roles in "The Witcher", "400 Bullets" and "The Crown."

Produced by the seasoned trio of Charley McDougall, Jamie McLeod-Ross, and Susan E. Clarke, 'FIRECRACKER' is set to hit theaters and be available On Demand in early 2024. The story catapults an unexpected group of characters into a nail-biting situation following a botched heist on bonfire night. Viewers can anticipate a thrilling mix of action, suspense, and drama as the plot unfolds.
