LOGLINE: Prepare for the rapid rise and violent fall of rock band Stack of Corpses, whose audacious attempt to jumpstart their career by stealing another singer's song leads to bloody and unexpected consequences. This musical journey is told through six chapters that unravel the band's tumultuous life.
SYNOPSIS: Stack of Corpses, a struggling rock band, is desperately in need of a hit song to reignite their dwindling fame. In their quest for success, two of the band members, BASS and DRUMS, devise a cunning plan to steal a deceased rock star's song from under the nose of his grieving widow. Meanwhile, lead singer BRIAN and their manager LARRY believe they have the perfect solution – turning to a Russian gangster for assistance. Caught in the midst of this chaotic journey is KEYS, a classical pianist who battles fierce competition to join the band, only to realize the sheer laziness and irresponsibility that lurks within its members.
Throughout six chapters of this riotous tale, interwoven with sage advice from rock legend RICHARD O'KEEFE, Stack of Corpses transforms from nobodies to superstars.
