Logline: Six “volunteers” participate in an unmonitored AI experiment until a catastrophic error forces them to attempt to escape their environment - but at what cost?
Synopsis: When an intergalactic race needs to incorporate AI on earth to mine gold without detection, six institutionalized “volunteers” are selected to partake in an unmonitored clandestine anthropological study to test their technology against real life humans.
The experiment takes place in a sealed controlled environment and the subjects awake with atrophy in a habitat in an unidentifiable location. Characteristic traits are revealed when the subjects go about daily activities.
Halfway through the scheduled experiment the habitat systems suffer a catastrophic failure and force the study into a case of Schrodinger's cat. Is this all part of the experiment? Will anyone escape? And if so, can they survive outside the Habitat?
