Paul Owens' debut feature will be in select US Theatres and on Digital Platforms from 6th January 2023.
Synopsis: When Mason is called to his soon-to-be-demolished childhood home, he finds a vintage VHS camera that has the ability to glimpse into the past, which inspires him to capture as many memories as he can before the house is destroyed. With the help of the director's own home videos, genuine family members playing fictionalised versions of themselves, and the use of real locales where he spent his formative years, LANDLOCKED blends narrative and documentary with horror and sci-fi to produce a film like any other.

Paul Owens' feature directorial debut, LANDLOCKED, took ten years to make. Owens has produced a unique movie that has been appreciated by reviewers on the festival circuit by ingeniously fusing real material into the form of childhood home movies. LANDLOCKED is one of the many eagerly awaited genre films of 2023.
